Edmund Storm is a long-term private researcher on cold fusion. E-Cat is a nuclear fusion reactor that produces heat power, in return that can consume only a fraction of the total heat power of 10 kilowatts. The cold fusion is also referred to as a future nuclear fusion process.
LENR or “Low Energy Nuclear Reaction” is a technology for significant power that is becoming more practical. Rossi and Focardi gave a demonstration on what the nickel hydrogen fuel can do to benefit the Low energy nuclear reaction reactor. Some fuel and residues can have be harmful and radioactive. However, the fuel is nickel powder and a tiny amount of hydrogen which is not harmful and will not produce any radioactivity from the residues.
E-Catalyzer is the first commercially available device for cold fusion that is powered by nickel with no radioactive waste. The E-Catalyzer produces 30 times more output energy. The cost is estimated to be only one cent per KW/H, which is cheaper than either coal or gas. The first unit is estimated to be shipped out late in 2011. To gain more power with this device, it can be achieved simply by linking more Catalyzer modules together. Just one reactor alone can run over two years and provide heat for an entire enterprise. Hyperion is the product name for the E-Catalyzer.
Defkalion Green Technologies has created a line of products that will carry the name Hyperion. The individual units or products produce heat ranging from 5 to 30 KW/H. Defkalion Green Technologies is introducing new products that generate heat more effectively to different energy markets.
AmpEnergo is a private company in the United States that is in agreement with Andrea Rossi and his Energy Catalyzer technology for commercialization purposes. The agreement states several of the facts below that protects all parties involved in the agreement.
• Ampenergo will be selling E-Cat licenses and products, and in return will receive a portion of the royalties therefrom.
• Ampenergo has paid Leonardo Corporation an undisclosed amount of money as part of their agreement with Rossi.
• Ampenergo is searching for new funding sources and is in conversation “with several large companies, some investment companies, because it’s not just a technology, we’re creating an industry here … There’s never enough money to make everything happen.”
• The first products are projected to be available by late fall of this year or early next year. The first product is likely to be a 1 MW plant for heating or power generation.
• Initially, the first E-Cat products would be manufactured by Andrea Rossi’s Leonardo Corporation.
• Ampenergo will not initially be marketing home heating installations
• Ampenergo will be seeking to partner with the “right” companies as they attempt to combine technologies to find the best ways to proliferate E-Cat technology.
